Summary
Amends the
Higher Education Support Act 2003
to provide that the maximum student contribution amounts for places in certain units of study revert to what those amounts would have been on 1 January 2026 if the amendments made by the
Higher Education Support Amendment (Job-Ready Graduates and Supporting Regional and Remote Students) Act 2020
had not commenced.
