Summary

Implements Australia’s obligations under the Nuclear-Powered Submarine Partnership and Collaboration Agreement between the Government of Australia and the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland by amending the

Customs Tariff Act 1995
to provide for a free rate of customs duty for goods that are for use under the treaty.
