Summary
Amends the
National Housing Finance and Investment Corporation Act 2018
to: establish the National Housing Finance and Investment Corporation Special Account to provide loans to the National Housing Finance and Investment Corporation (NHFIC) to support its function of providing loans to registered community housing providers under the Affordable Housing Bond Aggregator; provide that members of the NHFIC Board collectively have particular qualifications, skills or experience in specified fields; and require a review of the operation of the Act as soon as possible after 30 June 2020.
