Summary

The bill: repeals the

Albury-Wodonga Development Act 1973
to abolish the Albury-Wodonga Development Corporation (AWDC); provides for transitional arrangements, including the transfer of AWDC’s property management functions, and assets and liabilities to the Commonwealth; and makes consequential amendments to the
Freedom of Information Act 1982

and
Urban and Regional Development (Financial Assistance) Act 1974
