Summary

Introduced with the Customs Amendment (Anti-dumping Measures) Bill 2013, the bill amends the

Customs Tariff (Anti-Dumping) Act 1975
to remove, in certain circumstances, the minister’s mandatory consideration of the lesser duty rule.
