Summary

Amends the

International Monetary Agreements Act 1947
to enact any amendments to the International Monetary Fund and World Bank Articles of Agreement, including those recently approved by the Boards of Governors, upon their entry into force.

We acknowledge the traditional owners and custodians of country throughout Australia and acknowledge their continuing connection to land, waters and community. We pay our respects to the people, the cultures and the elders past, present and emerging.
