Summary
Amends the:
Australian Federal Police Act 1979
to retrospectively re-insert the maximum penalty of two years imprisonment for the secrecy offence;
Crimes Act 1914
to defer until November 2009 the second review of Part ID of the Act (relating to forensic procedures); and
Crimes (Aviation) Act 1991
to ensure standard criminal offences apply on relevant flights.
