Summary

The bill amends the:

Broadcasting Services Act 1992
to prohibit the provision of R18+ television programs in prescribed areas of the Northern Territory;
Northern Territory National Emergency Response Act 2007
in relation to residential tenancy agreements and Commonwealth obligations;
Defence Housing Australia Act 1987
to allow Defence Housing Australia to assist the Department of Families, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs to deliver housing to remote Indigenous communities;
Aboriginal Land Rights (Northern Territory) Act 1976
and
Northern Territory National Emergency Response Act 2007
in relation to land rights; and
Northern Territory National Emergency Response Act 2007
in relation to the acquisition of rights, titles and interests in land and community stores.
