Summary

Amends the:

Private Health Insurance Act 2007
to correct a broad offence provision relating to ‘complying health insurance policy’; and the
National Health Act 1953
in relation to pharmacists substituting items under the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme. Also makes consequential amendments as a result of the new regulatory framework imposed by the
Private Health Insurance Act 2007
