Summary

Amends the

Australian Communications and Media Authority Act 2005
to authorise disclosure of certain information by the Australian Communications and Media Authority to the Minister for Communications, Information Technology and the Arts, departments, government agencies and regulatory bodies; and
Radiocommunications Act 1992
in relation to variation of the conditions of datacasting transmitter licences; and
Datacasting Charge (Imposition) Act 1998
to ensure channel B licensees are not subject to an annual revenue based fee.
