Summary
Amends the
Corporations Act 2001
to: establish a mutual recognition regime for the issue of securities and interests in managed investment schemes; and provide for the mutual recognition of companies; and
Radiocommunications Act 1992
and
Trade Practices Act 1974
to: enable the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) to share information with Australian and foreign agencies and bodies; and protect from unauthorised use or disclosure information given to or obtained by the ACCC, including from a foreign government body.
