Summary
Amends the
Fisheries Management Act 1991
and
Torres Strait Fisheries Act 1984
to provide for custodial penalties for foreign fishing offences in those parts of Australia’s territorial sea that are within the Australian Fishing Zone or within any area of Australian jurisdiction.
