, , and in relation to: enrolment and voting processes, including proof of identity and address arrangements, and closure of electoral rolls; prisoners’ rights to vote; financial disclosure thresholds; provision of certain voting information to political parties and independent members of parliament; removal of the requirement for broadcasters and publishers to lodge returns on electoral advertising during an election period; multiple voting and enrolment offences; restriction of scrutineers’ activities in relation to assisted votes; reinstatement on the electoral roll; and registration of party names. Also contains application and transitional provisions.
