Summary

Amends the

Wheat Marketing Act 1989
to provide for an appropriation out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund to the Wheat Export Authority (WEA), of monies equivalent to a charge to be imposed on exports of wheat through regulations which are proposed to be made under the
Primary Industries (Customs) Charges Act 1999
; and includes minor technical amendments relating to the operations of the WEA and its monitoring powers.
