Summary

Amends the

Broadcasting Services Act 1992
and
Radiocommunications Act 1992
to: enable the continuation of terrestrial community television to audiences in Melbourne and Adelaide beyond the current expiry date of 30 June 2024; and provide the Australian Communications and Media Authority with certain instrument-making powers; and
Broadcasting Services Act 1992
to harmonise the code of practice arrangements.
