During 2020, 7% of all COVID-19 cases in Australia and 75% of all deaths were in people living in residential aged care facilities.

The Mission Australia Youth Survey is the largest annual survey of young Australians of its kind. In 2020 a total of 25,800 young people between the ages of 15 and 19 responded to the survey. In summary:
Chart 1: issues that young people think are the most important in Australia today
For the first time in 2020, young people were asked to report on how much of the time they felt stressed in the past four weeks. Responses were rated on a five-point scale that ranged from all of the time to none of the time.
