On 12 December 2013 the Senate referred the following matter to the Senate Rural and Regional Affairs and Transport References Committee for inquiry and report.

The future of the beekeeping and pollination service industries in Australia

Submissions should be received by 31 March 2014. The reporting date was 26 March 2014. On 25 June 2014, the Senate granted an extension of time for reporting until 16 July 2014.
