On Tuesday 18th March 2014 the Minister for Immigration and Border Protection, The Hon Scott Morrison MP, asked the Committee to inquire into and report on the Business Innovation and Investment Programme (BIIP), excluding the Significant Investor Visa stream.

The Committee invites interested persons and organisations to make submissions addressing the terms of reference. Online submissions can be made on this page. Contributors outside Australia are asked to email submissions to jscm@aph.gov.au
