Information about the Inquiry

On 03 November 2011 the  House of Representatives  referred the Superannuation Legislation Amendment (MySuper Core Provisions) Bill 2011 for inquiry and report.

Submissions should be received by 20 January 2012. The reporting date is  13 March 2012.

On 9 March the reporting date was extended to 19 March 2012.

The Committee is seeking written submissions from interested individuals and organisations preferably in electronic form submitted  online or sent by email to  corporations.joint@aph.gov.au as an attached Adobe PDF or MS Word format document. The email must include full postal address and contact details.
