Attorney-General’s Portfolio Miscellaneous Measures Bill 2023 [Provisions]

The Attorney-General’s Portfolio Miscellaneous Measures Bill 2023 is an omnibus bill that seeks to amend 10 Commonwealth Acts with respect to the criminal jurisdiction of the Federal Court, the empanelment of jury panels for Federal Court proceedings, the operation of the Commonwealth Marriage Celebrants Program, and other amendments.

The deadline for submissions is 28 December 2023.

The reporting date is 1 February 2024.
