The role of the private sector in promoting economic growth and reducing poverty in the Indo-Pacific region

On 4 February 2014 the Minister for Foreign Affairs, the Hon Julie Bishop MP, asked the Committee to inquire into and report on the role of the private sector in promoting economic growth and reducing poverty in the Indo-Pacific region.

The Committee invites interested persons and organisations to make submissions addressing the terms of reference by Thursday, 8 May 2014. Please refer to our brochure called preparing a submission for more information.

In order to facilitate electronic publishing of submissions, the Committee would prefer them to be emailed to jscfadt@aph.gov.au in Microsoft Word^® or Portable Document Format (PDF).
