    Location: central Victoria; it includes the centres of Alexandra, Broadford, Diamond Creek, Eildon, Gisborne, Healesville, Hurstbridge, Kilmore, Lancefield, Macedon, Marysville, Riddells Creek, Romsey, Seymour, South Morang, Wallan, Warburton, Whittlesea, Woodend, Woori Yallock, Yarra Glen, Yarra Junction and Yea.
    Area: 10 675 sq km (approx.).
    Electors enrolled: 115 783 (at 21.8.10).
    Industries: cattle grazing, wool growing, forestry, market gardening, wines, sawmills, dairying, various small businesses and tourism.

    State electorates: McEwen includes the Victorian Legislative Assembly electorate of Seymour, and parts of Benalla, Eltham, Gembrook, Macedon and Yan Yean.
