    Area: 101 sq km (approx.).
    Electors enrolled: 97 682 (at 7.9.13).
    Industries: commercial and business services, light industry, education and retail.
    State electorates: Mitchell includes parts of the New South Wales Legislative Assembly electorates of Baulkham Hills, Castle Hill, Epping, Parramatta and Seven Hills.
