Supplementary comment by Labor members
Given the very lengthy
observations and concerns of this committee over issues relating to property
entity collapses and the significant number of people hurt as a consequence,
Labor members of the committee believe it is time for a full and thorough
public inquiry into all aspects of the collapses including ASIC's performance.
