Consideration of the annual estimates by the House of Representatives

Terms of reference
To inquire into the adequacy of procedures for the Houses examination of the estimates of proposed expenditure in annual and additional appropriation bills and to suggest ways in which the role of the House in examining the estimates could be enhanced.
