Inquiry into the Future Development of the Australian Honey Bee Industry

On Thursday 15 March 2007, the Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry, The Hon Peter McGauran MP, asked the House of Representatives Standing Committee on Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry to inquire into and report on the Future Development of the Australian Honey Bee Industry This inquiry lapsed at the prorogation of the Parliament at 12:00 noon Monday 15th October 2007.

On Wednesday 14 May 2008, the Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry, The Hon Tony Burke MP, referred the inquiry to the House of Representatives Standing Committee on Primary Industries and Resources for inquiry and report.
