Inquiry into Tobacco Plain Packaging

On Thursday 7 July 2011 the Selection Committee asked the Health and Ageing Committee to inquire into and report on the:

- Tobacco Plain Packaging Bill 2011.
- Trade Marks Amendment (Tobacco Plain Packaging) Bill 2011.

The Committee invites interested persons and organisations to make submissions by Friday 22 July 2011. Please refer to our brochure on preparing a submission for more information.

In order to facilitate electronic publishing of submissions, the Committee would prefer them to be emailed to haa.reps@aph.gov.au or sent on disk or CD-ROM to the Committee Secretariat in Microsoft Word^® or Portable Document Format (PDF).
