Inquiry into remote Aboriginal and Torres Strait community stores

On Thursday 4 December 2008 the Hon Jenny Macklin MP, Minister for Families, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs requested the House of Representatives Standing Committee on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Affairs inquire into and report on the operation of community stores in remote Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.

On Monday 16 November 2009 the Committee tabled its report into remote Aboriginal and Torres Strait community stores.
