On Wedensday, 8 February 2012 the Selection Committe asked the Committee to inquire into and report on Corporations Amendment Phoenixing and Other Measures Bill 2012

On Monday 27 February 2012, the Committee Chair, Ms Julie Owens MP, tabled a statement in the House discharging the Committee's requirement to provide an advisory report on the bills.
