Speaker to welcome the President of the Senate and Senators, as guests, to hear an address by The Right Honourable Mark Carney, Prime Minister of Canada.
Prime Minister Carney, escorted and announced by the Serjeant-at-Arms, to enter the Chamber.
Serjeant-at-Arms to escort Prime Minister Carney to the Speaker’s Chair where Prime Minister Carney is introduced to the Speaker and the President of the Senate.
Prime Minister Carney to be seated adjacent to the Speaker’s Chair.
Speaker to welcome Prime Minister Carney and acknowledge the presence of distinguished visitors in the gallery.
The Prime Minister to welcome Prime Minister Carney.
