Consequential on the Federal Circuit Court of Australia Legislation Amendment Bill 2012, the bill amends 83 Acts and the proposed
Regulatory Powers (Standard Provisions) Act 2012
  to reflect the renaming of the Federal Magistrates Court to the Federal Circuit Court of Australia and the change in titles of Chief Federal Magistrate to Chief Judge and Federal Magistrate to Judge.
