Amends the
Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals Code Act 1994
  in relation to: notification of minor product variations of registered agvet products; limiting and clarifying the Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority’s label assessment role; removing the requirement to notify the authorisation of an approved person; trade issues when considering label approvals; and the disclosure of confidential commercial information.
