Summary
In response to a recommendation of the
Review of Australian Higher Education
  (the Bradley Review), the bill amends the
Higher Education Support Act 2003
  to replace the Safety Net Adjustment wage price index with the Professional, Scientific and Technical Services wage price index published by the Australian Statistician.
