Amends the
Schools Assistance (Learning Together—Achievement Through Choice and Opportunity) Act 2004
to provide additional funding for Australian Government programs of financial assistance to the States and Territories for government and non-government schools for the 2005 to 2008 quadrennium, for capital infrastructure grants, capital grants for non-government schools and grants for literacy, numeracy and special learning needs.
