Summary
Amends the
National Residue Survey (Excise) Levy Act 1998
  to: increase the operative levy rate to 0.075 of a cent per kilogram for fresh apples and pears produced in Australia; and increase the maximum levy rate to 0.10 of a cent per kilogram for fresh, juicing or processing apples and pears produced in Australia.
