Summary

Amends: 5 Acts to reflect the name change of the National Registration Authority for Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals to the Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority (APVMA); and the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals Code Act 1994 to protect the APVMA’s name and logo from inappropriate use.
