Summary
Amends the Crimes (Overseas) Act 1964 to: extend the criminal law of the Jervis Bay Territory to Australians who are working in a foreign country in certain circumstances; make a technical amendment to the current application of Australian criminal jurisdiction to persons to whom the Act applies by applying the substantive criminal law of the Jervis Bay Territory extraterritorially. Also contains a power to make regulations with a limited retrospective application; and application provisions.
