Summary

Amends the States Grants (Primary and Secondary Education Assistance) Act 2000 to provide: additional capital grant funding amounts for government and non-government schools for 2004-2007; additional funding for 2004 for the Strategic Assistance for Improving Student Outcomes programme; and funding for 2003-2004 for the National Literacy and Numeracy Strategies and Projects programme.
