Summary

Amends the Export Market Development Grants Act 1997 in relation to the Export Market Development Grants Scheme by: reducing the income ceiling for applicants to $30 million; removing the $25 million export earnings ceiling; reducing the $200 000 maximum grant to $150 000; reducing the maximum number of grants payable to applicants from eight to seven; and repealing the provision which provides for additional grants for entering new markets. Also contains an application provision.
