Summary: Amends the:
Product Stewardship (Oil) Act 2000
to exempt certain multi-use oils and uses of multi-use oils from the Product Stewardship (Oil) levy by creating a new category of benefit which will be paid for uses of certain oils as approved by the Minister; and
Product Grants and Benefits Administration Act 2000
to make consequential amendments to enable the new category claimants to register for benefits. Also contains a transitional provision.
