Export Control Act 1982
to: replace a redundant cross-reference in relation to making a false or misleading statement in declarations made for the purposes of the regulations; and allow certificates issued in relation to goods exported from Christmas Island or the Cocos Islands to be certified as goods from those Territories rather than from Australia.
