Amends the
Social Security Act 1991
and
Social Security (Administration) Act 1999
to: change the qualification criteria for disability support pension (DSP) in relation to work capacity for people who apply for DSP from 1 July 2003; and restrict exemptions from the activity test requirements for newstart allowance and youth allowance recipients. Also contains application and transitional provisions.
