Summary

Amends the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals Code Act 1994, Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals (Administration) Act 1992 and Agricultural and Veterinary Chemical Products (Collection of Levy) Act 1994 to streamline the operation of the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals Code and introduce an approval regime for agricultural and veterinary chemicals categorised as low regulatory activity; and correct minor typographical errors.
