Summary

Amends the Copyright Act 1998 in relation to: the parallel importation and subsequent commercial distribution of computer software products, including interactive computer games; copyright enforcement; and makes minor amendments to correct errors in, and clarify amendments made by, the Copyright Amendment (Digital Agenda) Act 2000. Also contains application provisions.
