Summary

Amends the Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission Act 1986 to correct a drafting oversight in amendments made by the Human Rights Legislation Amendment Act (No. 1) 1999 by clarifying that the Crown in right of the States is bound by the complaints and remedies provisions for unlawful discrimination.
