About the tour
Outdoor tours are back for summer. Enjoy a guided tour of the formal and native gardens surrounding Australian Parliament House these school holidays.
From our buzzing bees and pollinators to unique landscaping and greenery, these walking tours are a great way to enjoy classic Canberra views while exploring the grounds of Parliament House. You’ll hear about how our landscaping is integral to the building’s architecture, the flora and fauna species chosen for our gardens, and the pollinators in our beehives.
Spaces are limited so book now to avoid missing out.
This walking tour includes different terrains, so wear sensible shoes and bring a hat and sunscreen. Tours are weather dependent. Please include contact details when you book in case we need to reschedule your tour due to inclement weather.
For the perfect day away, pair your tour with a high tea at Queen’s Terrace Café and finish with an exploration of Parliament House architecture, or one of our other tours.
