Join us for an exclusive Spring-themed High Tea experience prepared for you by Executive Chef David Learmonth, served under the flagpole in Members Hall at Australian Parliament House.  


Alpine trout triangle (dairy free)
Crab egg benedict croissant
Tomato, rocket, soft cheese tart (vegetarian)
Gourmet potato, Alto olive (vegetarian)
Rare roast beef, kutjera
Batlow apple savarin (vegetarian)
Honey joy crackle
Pistachio desert lime tart (contains nuts, low gluten, vegetarian)
Salted caramel éclair
Tim tam ice cream

Spring Tea is served with a welcome cocktail or sparkling wine. Available for purchase at the event are wines by the glass/bottle as well as a range of non-alcoholic beverages.

This event follows the Australian Parliament House COVID Safe Plan and the ACT Government Easing of Restrictions roadmap — for this reason, seating is 4-to-a-table.
