About the event

Enjoy a traditional high tea with a contemporary twist and views of spring-flowering courtyards.

Our executive chef will create sweet and savoury delights with matching refreshments to celebrate the best of the season.

  • Pea and ham soup (df, lg)
  • Smoked salmon bruschetta with finger lime roe citrus dressing
  • Mushroom tart with Binnoirie feta and confit campari (v) 
  • Panko prawn with native 5 spice and desert lime kewpie 
  • Holy goats vol vent with zucchini blossom petal and truffle honey (v) 
  • Cucumber and lemon myrtle finger sandwich (v) 
  • Muscatel scones with whipped cream and house jam 
  • Honeycomb chocolate éclair
