Progress report

On 10 October 2024, the Senate referred the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Amendment (Reconsideration of Decisions) Bill 2024 to the Environment and Communications Legislation Committee for report by 14 November 2024.

The committee requests an extension of time to report until Wednesday 11 December 2024 to allow it to seek further evidence and to conclude its deliberations.
