Notice of motion given

A notice was given by the Minister for Justice and Customs to exempt the Long Service Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Amendment Bill 2006 and the Parliamentary Superannuation Amendment Bill 2006 bills from the cut-off order [to enable consideration this period of sittings]

Message from the House of Representatives

A message from the House was reported agreeing to the Trade Marks Amendment Bill 2006 without amendment. This bill will now be assented to.
